Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, customs, and logistics within Kuwait

• Strong knowledge of clearance procedures and shipping documentation

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Age below 40 years  ↚   

• Must hold Article 18 Transferable Residence

Responsibilities

• Manage clearance procedures independently for all incoming and outgoing shipments

• Handle all shipping documents and coordinate with customs and port authorities

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for smooth operations

• Monitor shipment tracking and ensure timely deliveries

• Ensure full compliance with Kuwaiti customs regulations

• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records

• Prepare daily logistics reports and related documentation

المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الشحن، التخليص الجمركي واللوجستيات داخل الكويت

• معرفة قوية بإجراءات التخليص والوثائق المتعلقة بالشحن

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة

• إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (ورد، إكسل، أوتلوك)

• العمر أقل من 40 سنة

• يجب أن يكون لديك إقامة قابلة للتحويل (المادة 18)

المسؤوليات

• إدارة إجراءات التخليص بشكل مستقل لجميع الشحنات الواردة والصادرة

• التعامل مع جميع وثائق الشحن والتنسيق مع الجهات الجمركية وسلطات الميناء

• التنسيق مع الموردين، وكلاء الشحن والفرق الداخلية لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة

• مراقبة تتبع الشحنات وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد  ↚   

• التأكد من الامتثال الكامل لقوانين وإجراءات الجمارك الكويتية

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للشحنات والمخزون

• إعداد تقارير يومية للوجستيات والوثائق ذات الصلة
