Outside sales engineer residential and VRF Systems
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Outside Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for RLC (Residential Light Commercial) & VRFs.
- Engage with contractors, and end-users to promote our product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and timelines.
About the role
- The purpose of this role is to support the company’s strategic growth by providing technical sales expertise across key market segments and actively contributing to outside sales initiatives.
- The Sales Engineer acts as an Outside Sales professional, supporting a range of sales activities and managing customer relationships to drive business development and improve customer satisfaction.
- This role is critical in aligning customer needs with tailored system solutions, enhancing the performance of the commercial team, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
- The position contributes directly to the execution of the RLC-VRF growth strategy and to achieving the business objectives set out in the 2025 plan and beyond.

BMS/Control Technician
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure that main contractors, technicians, and sub-contractor follow the defined safety Guidelines & rules at work.
- Responsible to maintain customer satisfaction by identifying concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing internal and external communication plans with stakeholders to communicate project status.
- Direct Reporting to the Project engineer and follow the schedule and guidance.
- Follow up Consultant approval on the submittal.
- Follow up for delivery of Materials Carry out site survey for estimation.
- Coordinate with customer for Factory acceptance test/Site acceptance test.
- Site supervision, Testing & Commissioning, Integration of systems and final Handing over of the Project
- Wiring, termination, testing and commissioning of BMS System & Chiller Plant Controls System.
- Documentation/Reports to be maintained throughout the life cycle of the Project.
- On time submission of Reports & Timesheets
- To comply with any additional work-related assignment as instructed by Management
- 100% compliance with EH&S regulations
- 100% compliance with Approval Matrix

- الغرض من هذا الدور هو دعم النمو الاستراتيجي للشركة من خلال توفير الخبرة الفنية في المبيعات عبر قطاعات السوق الرئيسية والمساهمة بنشاط في مبادرات المبيعات الخارجية.
- يعمل مهندس المبيعات كمحترف مبيعات خارجي، ويدعم مجموعة من أنشطة المبيعات ويدير علاقات العملاء لدفع تطوير الأعمال وتحسين رضا العملاء.
- يعد هذا الدور بالغ الأهمية في مواءمة احتياجات العملاء مع حلول النظام المصممة خصيصًا، وتعزيز أداء الفريق التجاري، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الفنية والتنظيمية.
- يساهم هذا المنصب بشكل مباشر في تنفيذ استراتيجية نمو RLC-VRF وتحقيق الأهداف التجارية المنصوص عليها في خطة 2025 وما بعدها.

فني إدارة البطاريات/التحكم
مسؤوليات الدور:
- المسؤول عن التأكد من أن المقاولين الرئيسيين والفنيين والمقاولين من الباطن يتبعون إرشادات وقواعد السلامة المحددة في العمل.
- المسؤول عن الحفاظ على رضا العملاء من خلال تحديد المخاوف وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وتطوير خطط الاتصال الداخلية والخارجية مع أصحاب المصلحة للتواصل بشأن حالة المشروع.
- الإبلاغ المباشر إلى مهندس المشروع واتباع الجدول الزمني والتوجيهات.
- متابعة موافقة الاستشاري على العرض.
- متابعة تسليم المواد وإجراء مسح للموقع للتقدير.
- التنسيق مع العميل لإجراء اختبار قبول المصنع / اختبار قبول الموقع.
- الإشراف على الموقع والاختبار والتشغيل ودمج الأنظمة والتسليم النهائي للمشروع
- توصيل الأسلاك وإنهاء واختبار وتشغيل نظام إدارة المباني ونظام التحكم في محطة التبريد.
- الوثائق/التقارير التي يجب الاحتفاظ بها طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- تسليم التقارير وجداول العمل في الوقت المحدد
- للامتثال لأي مهمة إضافية متعلقة بالعمل وفقًا لتعليمات الإدارة
- الامتثال بنسبة 100% للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة
- الامتثال بنسبة 100% لمصفوفة الموافقة
