Fitness Instructor
What will I be doing?
- As a Fitness Instructor, you are responsible for conducting fitness programs and assessments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Fitness Instructor will also be required to schedule adequate staff coverage. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Carry out fitness assessments on members as required
- Conduct fitness programmes and inductions
- Understand and advise members and guests on the correct usage of gym equipment
- Ensure adequate coverage of the pool, gym and reception
- Carry out regular pool tests
- Maintain cleanliness of reception, changing rooms, pool side and gym facilities
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Promote the facilities to hotel residents and perspective members
What are we looking for?
A Fitness Instructor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- NVQ level 2 in a sport related topic
- High level of personal hygiene and grooming standards
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills

Manager of Marketing Communications
As Manager of Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Deliver creative service as requested by all departments, including sales, marketing, owner services and contracts, while staying aligned with the most updated brand guidelines and legal requirements
- Plan and execute print/web/online collateral and marketing strategies
- Communicate/negotiate with vendors
- Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising and public relations plan, including media planning as well as creative/visuals
- Communicate with other managers/divisions to create and execute effective advertising and public relations plans
- Plan and execute press releases, press conferences, press briefings, press tours, and overall press relations
- Make the timeshare owners' newsletter (quarterly) as well as internal communications materials
- Supervise a Marketing Communications coordinator

ماذا سأفعل؟
- بصفتك مدرب لياقة بدنية، فأنت مسؤول عن إدارة برامج اللياقة البدنية والتقييمات اللازمة لتقديم تجربة ممتازة للضيوف والأعضاء. كما يُطلب من مدرب اللياقة البدنية جدولة تغطية كافية من الموظفين. وعلى وجه التحديد، ستكون مسؤولاً عن أداء المهام التالية بأعلى المعايير:
- إجراء تقييمات اللياقة البدنية للأعضاء حسب الحاجة
- إجراء برامج اللياقة البدنية والتعريفات
- فهم وتقديم المشورة للأعضاء والضيوف بشأن الاستخدام الصحيح لمعدات الصالة الرياضية
- ضمان التغطية الكافية للمسبح والصالة الرياضية والاستقبال
- إجراء اختبارات منتظمة للمسبح
