Responsibilities

Open positions are available in the following departments. Responsibilities vary by role:

• HR Coordinators: Managing government relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting employee services.

• Digital Marketing Executive: Leading e-commerce campaigns, digital ads, and online engagement.

• IT Manager: Overseeing the medical group’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and tech strategy.

• Store In-Charge: Managing inventory, purchasing, and stock control.

• Creative Content Creator: Producing engaging written and visual content for branding and marketing.

• Secretary (Male/Female): Managing scheduling, correspondence, and administrative duties.

• Payroll Officer: Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.  ↚ 

• Pharmacy Coordinators: Supporting pharmacy operations, supply chain, and compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is preferred (especially for HR-related roles).

• Relevant academic and professional qualifications for each role.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

• For digital and IT roles: proficiency in relevant tools and platforms is required.

الشروط

• يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في القطاع الصحي (خصوصاً لمناصب الموارد البشرية).

• مؤهلات أكاديمية ومهنية مناسبة لكل وظيفة.

• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).

• للمجالات الرقمية والتقنية: إجادة استخدام البرامج والأدوات ذات الصلة.
