Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Female only Arabs

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

• Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and employees, providing accurate information or redirecting them as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to reflect a positive image of the company.

• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the company’s calendar.

• Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.

• Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role for at least 2 years.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Garageplug).

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and poise.

• Female Arab candidates only.

Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: KD150.000 - KD200.000 per month
Working Hours: From 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Language: English (Preferred) and Arabic (Plus)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Kuwait City: Must be reliably available for commuting or planning to relocate before starting work

المسؤوليات

• استقبال الزوار والترحيب بهم بطريقة ودية ومهنية.

• الإجابة على المكالمات الهاتفية الواردة وتوجيهها إلى الأقسام أو الأفراد المعنيين.

• التعامل مع الاستفسارات من العملاء والمستخدمين والموظفين، وتقديم المعلومات الدقيقة أو إعادة توجيهها حسب الحاجة.

• الحفاظ على منطقة الاستقبال نظيفة ومنظمة، لضمان أن تعكس صورة إيجابية عن الشركة.

• مساعدة في تحديد المواعيد وإدارة تقويم الشركة.

• استلام وفرز البريد والطرود والتسليمات.

• إدارة مستلزمات المكتب وطلبها عند الحاجة.

• مساعدة في المهام الإدارية الأساسية مثل إدخال البيانات والأرشفة.

• التعاون مع الزملاء لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة في المكتب.

الشروط

• خبرة مثبتة كموظف استقبال أو في وظيفة إدارية مشابهة لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين.

• مهارات تواصل شفوية وكتابية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية (معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).

• مهارات تواصل بين الأشخاص وشخصية ودودة وسهلة التعامل.

• القدرة على القيام بعدة مهام في وقت واحد وتحمل مسؤوليات متعددة في الوقت ذاته.

• إتقان مجموعة برامج Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، Outlook، Garageplug).

• مهارات تنظيم استثنائية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.

• القدرة على البقاء هادئًا تحت الضغط والتعامل مع المواقف الصعبة برزانة.

• يقتصر التقديم على الإناث العرب فقط.
