Job Title: Account Manager – A2P Messaging
Location: Remote (Kuwait-based preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Manage and strategically plan a portfolio of A2P messaging clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct account reviews and reporting
Collaborate internally and escalate issues when needed
Listen and respond actively to client concerns
Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts for maximum impact
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management (telecom, messaging, SaaS, or related fields)
Proven knowledge of the telecommunications industry
Proactive, ownership-driven approach
Proficiency in English and Russian languages
