Human Resource Officer

Jebla Coffee Roasters is a prominent name in the specialty coffee industry in Kuwait, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and people. We are looking to hire a proactive and reliable HR Officer to support our expanding operations.

Details

Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and payroll procedures. Experience with Odoo HR/Payroll system and handling employee sanctions is a significant advantage. Responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, addressing inquiries, payroll review, attendance monitoring, and supporting policy implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in Kuwait

• Good knowledge of payroll processing and labor law compliance

• Experience using Odoo HR/Payroll is a plus

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail and confidentiality

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Bilingual in Arabic and English is an advantage

ندير العمليات اليومية للموارد البشرية، العلاقات الوظيفية، وإجراءات الرواتب. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح فهم جيد لأفضل ممارسات الموارد البشرية، قوانين العمل، وإجراءات الرواتب. الخبرة في استخدام نظام Odoo HR/Payroll والتعامل مع العقوبات الوظيفية تعتبر ميزة إضافية. تشمل المسؤوليات إدارة دورة حياة الموظف، معالجة الاستفسارات، مراجعة الرواتب، متابعة الحضور، وتقديم الدعم في تطبيق السياسات.

الشروط

• شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الموارد البشرية، ويفضل في الكويت

• معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الرواتب والامتثال لقوانين العمل

• خبرة في نظام Odoo HR/Payroll تعتبر ميزة

• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع التفاصيل والسرية

• إجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office (Excel، Word، Outlook)

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة
