Lead Safety and Training as Our New HSE Trainer in Ahmadi, Kuwait

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience as an HSE professional, preferably in oil & gas or construction.

• Valuable experience working with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) is a plus.

• Certified in HSE or ISO standards (NEBOSH, IOSH, ASSP ISO 14001, 45001, etc.).

• Must hold an Instructor or Trainer certificate from an internationally recognized body.

• Valid transferable residency permit in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site HSE training programs to employees and contractors.

• Develop and update training materials based on industry standards and company policies.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and certifications.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training sessions.

• Work closely with safety managers to implement best practices and continuous improvement.

• إقامة قابلة للتحويل سارية في الكويت.

• تقديم برامج تدريبية ميدانية على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للموظفين والمقاولين.

• تطوير وتحديث مواد التدريب وفقًا للمعايير الصناعية وسياسات الشركة.

• ضمان الالتزام بجميع لوائح وشهادات HSE ذات الصلة.

• مراقبة وتقييم فعالية جلسات التدريب.

• التعاون الوثيق مع مديري السلامة لتطبيق أفضل الممارسات والتحسين المستمر.
