Position: Process Improvement Specialist/Operational Excellence Specialist
Job Details
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in operational processes and performance management across Boutiqaat’s core departments. This role involves identifying and implementing efficiency improvements, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity across inbound, outbound, logistics, and inventory processes. You will leverage data analysis and process optimization techniques to develop and implement strategies that streamline operations, improve service quality, and reduce waste, while aligning with Boutiqaat’s strategic objectives.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in process improvement or performance management roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail operations.
Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
Systems & Languages:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Logistics Management Systems is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational inefficiencies and improve performance.
Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and drive accountability for results.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders across different departments.
Ability to use data to identify opportunities for process improvement, track performance metrics, and drive results.
Exceptional attention to detail and focus on delivering accurate, high-quality results in all aspects of operations.
Ability to work extended hours or rotational shifts if required to meet operational demands.

كأخصائي تحسين العمليات، ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان التحسين المستمر للعمليات التشغيلية وإدارة الأداء عبر الأقسام الرئيسية في موقع Boutiqaat.com. يتضمن الدور تحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات الكفاءة، وتقليل التكاليف، وتعزيز الإنتاجية عبر عمليات الاستلام، والشحن، واللوجستيات، وإدارة المخزون. ستستخدم تقنيات تحليل البيانات وتحسين العمليات لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تهدف إلى تبسيط العمليات وتحسين جودة الخدمة وتقليل الفاقد، مع التAlign مع أهداف Boutiqaat.com الاستراتيجية.
الشروط
التعليم والخبرة:
درجة بكاليريوس في الهندسة الصناعية، إدارة سلسلة التوريد، اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في تحسين العمليات أو إدارة الأداء، ويفضل في العمليات التجارية الإلكترونية أو تجارة التجزئة.
شهادة Lean Six Sigma مفضلة.
النظم واللغات:
إلمام قوي باستخدام Microsoft Excel (الجداول المحورية، VLOOKUP، IF، التحقق من البيانات، التنسيق الشرطي، إلخ).
خبرة في استخدام أنظمة ERP وأنظمة إدارة المخازن (WMS) وأنظمة إدارة اللوجستيات أمر مرغوب فيه.
الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة، والتمكن من اللغة العربية يعد ميزة.
المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات:
مهارات تحليل وحل المشكلات الاستثنائية لمعالجة الكفاءات التشغيلية وتحسين الأداء.
القدرة المثبتة على قيادة الفرق وتفويض المهام بفعالية وتحفيز المساءلة لتحقيق النتائج.
مهارات تواصل شفوية وكتابية قوية للتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر الأقسام المختلفة.
القدرة على استخدام البيانات لتحديد فرص تحسين العمليات، وتتبع مقاييس الأداء، ودفع النتائج.
اهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل وتركيز على تقديم نتائج دقيقة وعالية الجودة في جميع جوانب العمليات.
القدرة على العمل لساعات طويلة أو بنظام المناوبات إذا لزم الأمر لتلبية متطلبات العمليات.
