Position: Senior Supply Chain Officer
Location: Kuwait – Head Office
Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

As the Senior Supply Chain Officer at ABYAT, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating with various internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment, resolving any issues or discrepancies, and providing support to customers throughout the order lifecycle.

Job Duties:

• Initiate PO process by requesting Proforma Invoice from the vendor, create PO in SAP after reconciling.

• Follow up internally to ensure PO is fully released in the system.

• Communicate released PO details with the vendor and confirm initial readiness details.

• Finalize payment terms requirements (LCs, Advance, etc.).

• Follow up with the vendor until readiness for shipment is confirmed.

• Nominate Freight forwarders for shipments after analyzing the tendering process.

• Pre-shipment follow-ups with vendors and forwarders to ensure proper shipment management.

• Create shipments in SAP (Inbound Creation, Shipment Creation, Cost Creation).

• Manage SABER document process for KSA shipments.

• Post-shipment follow-ups with vendors and forwarders to collect original shipment documents for customs clearance.

• Track shipments and update events in the SAP system (ETD/ETA/ATP).

• Resolve shipment discrepancies (Excess/Shortage).

• Address commercial invoice variance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong focus on results and achieving personal work objectives.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.

• Solid SAP knowledge and background.

الوظيفة: موظف أول لسلسلة التوريد
الموقع: الكويت - المكتب الرئيسي
النوع: دوام كامل

الغرض من الوظيفة:

بصفتك موظف أول لسلسلة التوريد في ABYAT، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف وإدارة دورة معالجة الطلبات من البداية إلى النهاية، مع ضمان الدقة والكفاءة ورضا العملاء. ستكون مسؤولاً عن التنسيق مع مختلف الأقسام الداخلية لتسهيل تنفيذ الطلبات بسلاسة، وحل أي مشكلات أو تناقضات، وتقديم الدعم للعملاء طوال دورة حياة الطلب.

المهام الرئيسية:

• بدء عملية الطلب من خلال طلب الفاتورة الأولية من المورد وإنشاء الطلب في نظام SAP بعد التسوية.

• المتابعة داخليًا لضمان إتمام الطلب في النظام.

• التواصل مع المورد لتأكيد تفاصيل الطلب المؤكدة.

• إنهاء متطلبات شروط الدفع (خطابات الاعتماد، الدفعات المبدئية، إلخ).

• المتابعة مع المورد حتى يتم تأكيد جاهزية الشحن.

• ترشيح شركات الشحن بعد تحليل عملية المناقصات.

• المتابعة قبل الشحن مع الموردين وشركات الشحن لضمان إدارة عملية الشحن بشكل صحيح.

• إنشاء الشحنات في نظام SAP (إنشاء الشحنات الواردة، إنشاء الشحنات، إنشاء التكاليف).

• إدارة عملية مستند SABER للشحنات إلى المملكة العربية السعودية.

• المتابعة بعد الشحن مع الموردين وشركات الشحن لجمع المستندات الأصلية للتخليص الجمركي.

• تتبع الشحنات وتحديث الأحداث في نظام SAP (ETD/ETA/ATP).

• تسوية التناقضات في الشحنات (زيادة/نقصان).

• معالجة الفوارق في الفواتير التجارية.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال، أو الهندسة الصناعية، أو سلسلة التوريد، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في نفس الدور.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

• تركيز قوي على النتائج وتحقيق الأهداف الشخصية في العمل.

• إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office مع مهارات متقدمة في Excel.

• خلفية قوية في استخدام نظام SAP.
