Details
North Star Management Consultancy is hiring a full-time Architect to oversee projects from start to finish and ensure high-quality design and execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD 500 – KD 750 per month
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience in architectural design and project management
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Excellent communication skills to work with clients, construction professionals, and teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
Ability to manage multiple projects within budgets and timelines
Flexibility to conduct on-site visits and provide project updates
Responsibilities
Control projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design
Analyze client briefs and identify needs, creating feasibility reports and design proposals
Develop ideas with consideration for client’s requirements, building usage, and environmental impact
Produce detailed blueprints and make necessary corrections
Compile project specifications and ensure adherence to regulations
Keep projects within budgets and timelines
Ensure all work complies with building codes, guidelines, and specific standards
Visit sites to monitor project status and provide updates
Cooperate with construction professionals and maintain effective communication
Stay updated with architectural trends and advancements

الراتب: من 500 إلى 750 دينار كويتي شهريًا
الشروط
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير)
خبرة مثبتة في تصميم المشاريع وإدارتها
معرفة قوية بكودات البناء والمعايير واللوائح
إتقان البرامج المعمارية (AutoCAD, Revit, إلخ)
مهارات تواصل ممتازة للعمل مع العملاء والمحترفين في مجال البناء والفرق
قدرة على الانتباه للتفاصيل وحل المشكلات
قدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع ضمن الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية المحددة
مرونة في القيام بزيارات ميدانية للمشاريع وتقديم تحديثات عن سير العمل
المهام
الإشراف على المشاريع من البداية حتى النهاية لضمان تصميم عالي الجودة ومبتكر وعملي
تحليل احتياجات العملاء من خلال تحليل "الموجز" وتقديم تقارير الجدوى والمقترحات التصميمية
تطوير الأفكار مع مراعاة احتياجات العميل، استخدام المبنى، والأثر البيئي
إعداد المخططات التفصيلية وإجراء التصحيحات اللازمة
تجميع مواصفات المشاريع وضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير
الحفاظ على المشاريع ضمن الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية المحددة
ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقًا للمعايير الخاصة، أكواد البناء والإرشادات
إجراء زيارات ميدانية لمتابعة سير العمل وتقديم تقارير الحالة
التعاون مع المهنيين في مجال البناء والحفاظ على التواصل الفعّال
متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والتطورات في مجال الهندسة المعمارية
