We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as a vital link between our company and customers, supporting the effective use of our advanced systems.

Details

In this role, you will work closely and continuously with the customer in Kuwait to help set up and optimally use SRT systems for maximum benefit.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with system configuration to meet their objectives

• Understanding customer operational challenges and adapting system settings accordingly

• Providing frontline user support and training

• Feeding customer insights back to product development teams for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Kuwaiti National (strongly encouraged for qualified candidates)

• Bilingual in English and Arabic

• Background in customer support, product management, or training on complex technical systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts

• Professional, discreet, and excellent interpersonal communication skills

في هذا الدور، ستعمل بشكل مباشر ومستمر مع العميل في الكويت، وتساعدهم على إعداد واستخدام أنظمة SRT بشكل أمثل لتحقيق الفائدة القصوى.
من خلال هذا الموقع المحوري، ستكون مسؤولًا عن:

• دعم الإعداد الأولي وتخصيص إعدادات النظام لتحقيق أهداف العميل

• فهم التحديات التشغيلية للعميل وتكييف النظام لتلبية احتياجاتهم

• تقديم الدعم الفني والتدريبي للمستخدمين النهائيين

• نقل الأفكار والملاحظات من العملاء إلى فرق التطوير لتحسين المنتجات

الشروط

• الجنسية الكويتية (أولوية قصوى للكويتيين المؤهلين)

• إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية

• خلفية في دعم العملاء أو إدارة المنتجات أو تدريب المستخدمين على أنظمة تقنية

• مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات

• قدرة على استيعاب مفاهيم تقنية معقدة بسرعة

• شخصية لبقة، مهنية، وتحافظ على السرية
