Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Responsibilities
Develop and design marketing and promotional materials, both online and printed, in line with the school’s objectives.
Design academic printed materials such as books, flashcards, wall cards, play money, and materials for centres to be used in classrooms.
Create and design Prospectuses, registration forms, Yearbooks, and other graphics as required by the company.
Generate concepts, designs, and sample layouts based on company requirements.
Enhance layouts and images to improve them according to company needs.
Prepare illustrations or rough designs and discuss them with the Creative Team Lead and Marketing Manager for management approval.
Assist the School Photographer and Videographer in capturing images for the Yearbook, Prospectus, and other company-related requirements when needed.
Attend to any other activities as required.
Undertake project work or cover for other job roles as necessary.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and using graphic design-related software.
Strong creative skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

مهام الوظيفة
تطوير وتصميم المواد التسويقية والترويجية سواء عبر الإنترنت أو المطبوعة بما يتوافق مع أهداف المدرسة.
تصميم المواد التعليمية المطبوعة مثل الكتب، بطاقات الفلاش، بطاقات الحائط، النقود اللعب، والمواد الخاصة بالمراكز لاستخدامها في الفصول الدراسية.
إنشاء وتصميم الكتيبات، استمارات التسجيل، السنوية، والرسوم البيانية الأخرى حسب متطلبات الشركة.
إنشاء مفاهيم وتصاميم وعينات من التصاميم وفقًا لمتطلبات الشركة.
تحسين التصاميم والصور بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الشركة.
إعداد الرسوم التوضيحية أو التصاميم الأولية ومناقشتها مع قائد الفريق الإبداعي ومدير التسويق للحصول على موافقة الإدارة.
مساعدة المصور الفوتوغرافي والمصور الفيديولي للمدرسة في التقاط الصور للسنوية والكتيب والمتطلبات الأخرى عند الحاجة.
المشاركة في أي أنشطة أخرى حسب الحاجة.
تولي أعمال المشاريع أو تغطية الأدوار الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
الخبرة والمؤهلات والمهارات
درجة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في التصميم الجرافيكي أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التصميم الجرافيكي، والتصوير الفوتوغرافي، واستخدام برامج التصميم الجرافيكي ذات الصلة.
مهارات إبداعية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكذلك ضمن فريق.
إجادة برامج التصميم مثل Adobe Photoshop وIllustrator وInDesign وغيرها.
