Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in catering, hospitality, or the F&B sector.

• Deep understanding of food safety standards, shelf life, and management of perishable inventory.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent negotiation and communication capabilities.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage urgent procurement requests.

• Strong ethical conduct and meticulous attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Professional procurement certification such as CIPS is an advantage.

• Preference for Arab nationals currently residing in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase food ingredients, packaging, equipment, and consumables.

• Maintain strong and effective relationships with suppliers locally and internationally.

• Negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery at the best possible costs.

• Collaborate closely with stores, kitchen, and finance departments to optimize procurement processes.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with health and safety regulations.

• Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.

• Keep precise purchasing records and monitor vendor performance data.

المتطلبات

• معرفة عميقة بمعايير سلامة الأغذية، مدة الصلاحية، وإدارة المخزون القابل للتلف.

• إجادة أنظمة ERP وبرامج المشتريات، ومهارات متقدمة في برنامج Excel.

• مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض والتواصل.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الطلبات العاجلة.

• معايير أخلاقية عالية واهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل.

• درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال أو سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة.

• شهادة مهنية مثل CIPS ميزة إضافية.

• يفضل الجنسية العربية والمقيم حالياً في الكويت.

المسؤوليات

• توريد وشراء مكونات الطعام والتغليف والمعدات والمواد الاستهلاكية.

• الحفاظ على علاقات قوية وفعالة مع الموردين المحليين والدوليين.

• التفاوض على العقود لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب بأفضل التكاليف.

• التنسيق الوثيق مع مخازن المطبخ والمالية لتحسين عمليات المشتريات.

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة في جميع عمليات المشتريات.

• متابعة مستويات المخزون لتجنب النقص أو التخزين الزائد.

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للشراء ومراقبة أداء الموردين.
