🖥️ Join Our Team as an IT Helpdesk / IT Support Specialist in Kuwait

Are you tech-savvy and passionate about solving IT challenges? We are looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk/Support professional to provide outstanding technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and excellent communication skills, this role is for you!

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, or in-person

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues

• Escalate complex problems to advanced IT teams as needed

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

• Manage user accounts, including password resets and access permissions

• Monitor and maintain IT inventory (hardware, software, accessories)

• Assist in setting up workstations, laptops, and mobile devices

• Document issues, resolutions, and updates in the helpdesk system

• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets

• Provide basic training and guidance on IT tools and systems

• Assist with Windows server and system administrator settings

• Support periodic system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 2–4 years experience in IT support or helpdesk operations

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers, and basic networking

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

🎯 المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تقديم الدعم الفني الأولي عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو بشكل مباشر

• حل مشكلات الأجهزة والبرامج والشبكات والطابعات

• تصعيد المشكلات المعقدة إلى فرق الدعم المتقدمة عند الحاجة

• تركيب وتكوين وصيانة أنظمة الحاسوب والتطبيقات

• إدارة حسابات المستخدمين، بما في ذلك إعادة تعيين كلمات المرور وصلاحيات الوصول

• مراقبة وصيانة مخزون تكنولوجيا المعلومات (أجهزة وبرمجيات وملحقات)

• المساعدة في إعداد أجهزة العمل، الحواسيب المحمولة، والأجهزة المحمولة

• توثيق المشكلات والحلول والتحديثات في نظام الدعم الفني

• ضمان المتابعة والإغلاق في الوقت المناسب لتذاكر الدعم

• تقديم تدريب وإرشاد أساسي للمستخدمين حول أدوات وأنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات

• المساعدة في إعدادات خادم ويندوز ومسؤول النظام

• دعم تحديثات النظام الدورية والنسخ الاحتياطي والصيانة الوقائية

✅ المؤهلات

• شهادة بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسوب أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في الدعم الفني أو عمليات مركز المساعدة

• معرفة قوية بأنظمة ويندوز، مايكروسوفت أوفيس، الطابعات، والشبكات الأساسية

• مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف وحل المشكلات

• مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً)

• القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية
