Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in safety engineering within construction and infrastructure.

• Preferably approved by Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC), or Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW).

• Mandatory valid HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs for construction projects.

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections on-site.

• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain safe work environments.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to safety performance.
