We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Apple devices and Accessories

Indoor Salesperson to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with Apple devices and accessories in-store
• Demonstrate product features
• Process payments accurately
• Address customer inquiries
• Provide after-sales support

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail sales preferably in the mobile phone industry
• Strong knowledge of Apple device models, and accessories
• Excellent communication
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• مساعدة العملاء في الحصول على أجهزة Apple وملحقاتها في المتجر
• إظهار ميزات المنتج
• معالجة المدفوعات بدقة
• معالجة استفسارات العملاء
• توفير الدعم بعد البيع

المؤهلات:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها
• خبرة سابقة في مبيعات التجزئة ويفضل في صناعة الهواتف المحمولة
• معرفة قوية بنماذج أجهزة Apple وملحقاتها
• تواصل ممتاز
• الكفاءة في استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) والكمبيوتر الأساسي
