Social Media Manager

Roles And Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Creating and scheduling engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored for each platform.
• Monitoring and managing social media accounts, ensuring timely responses and active engagement with followers.
• Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches.
• Tracking KPIs and preparing performance reports using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Staying updated on social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices.
• Managing social media advertising budgets and campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Content).
• Coordinating with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external agencies when applicable.
• Handling social media crisis management and reputation monitoring.
• Ensuring brand consistency in voice, aesthetics, and values across all social platforms.

في هذا الدور، ستشمل مسؤولياتك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، ما يلي:

• تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة استراتيجيات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل
• إنشاء وجدولة محتوى جذاب (نص، صورة، وفيديو) مصمم خصيصًا لكل منصة.
• مراقبة وإدارة حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وضمان الاستجابات في الوقت المناسب والمشاركة النشطة مع المتابعين.
• التعاون مع الفرق الإبداعية والتسويقية لدعم الحملات وإطلاق المنتجات.
• تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وإعداد تقارير الأداء باستخدام أدوات التحليلات (على سبيل المثال، Meta Insights، وSprout Social، وGoogle Analytics).
• البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والأدوات والتطبيقات وأفضل الممارسات.
