- • Build an understanding of the value drivers of the business
- • Create analytics around key performance indicators to facilitate qualitative reporting. These may include:
- o Business performance

- o Budgets and forecasts
- o Market and revenue analysis
- o Promotions and pricing
- • Professionally Qualified – CA/CFA or equivalent.
- • 1-3 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance
- • Strong analytical skills; should be capable of identifying and interpreting key business drivers.
- • Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts. Previous experience with ERP systems is desirable.
- • Self-starter, able to work across functions and in teams. Results-driven, with the ability to perform on unstructured assignments
- • Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
- • Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- • Strong functional knowledge of compensation and benefits frameworks, including variable pay structures.
- • Expertise in performance management systems and KPI development.
- • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with expertise in MS Excel.
- • Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- The Lead Investigator is primarily responsible for the delivery of one or more concurrent investigation assignments throughout the Group’s Business Units both in Kuwait and overseas. This involves, among others, the planning and execution of assignments from start to conclusion and includes the preparation of draft reports in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Under adequate supervision, the incumbent may participate in other activities related to the accomplishment of the FRM Department Program Plan. May be assigned to lead significant investigations.
- The incumbent is also expected to represent the department in a professional manner at all times, abide by professional standards as laid forth by the ACFE and IIA, and seek every opportunity to follow the principles articulated in the department’s vision and objectives.

- • A minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- • Good skills in mathematics and calculation
- • Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- • Knowledge of SAP (Optional)
- • Good communication skills in English, (Arabic an advantage)– Verbal & Written
- • Must be reliable and dedicated and flexibility to work additional hours as business requirements dictate.
