📌 Open Positions:

1. Scaffolder – 50 Vacancies

• Responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently at various project sites. 
• Candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and familiar with industry standards. 
• Prior experience in construction or industrial scaffolding is required. 
• Teamwork and adherence to safety procedures are essential. Certification in scaffolding is a plus.

2. Camp Boss – 1 Vacancy

• Oversees all aspects of worker camp operations, including accommodation, hygiene, staff discipline, and food services.
•  Ensures smooth day-to-day management of the facility and handles grievances. 
• Experience managing large groups and knowledge of health and safety compliance are required. 
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills are a must. Prior camp management experience is essential.

3. Cleaner – 2 Vacancies

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in offices, accommodation areas, and shared spaces. 
• Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing as needed. 
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions. 
• Previous experience in cleaning services or hospitality is preferred. Willingness to work flexible shifts is required.

4. Security Guard – 1 Vacancy

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, property, and visitors.
•  Monitor access points, conduct patrols, and report suspicious activities.
•  Must be physically fit and alert at all times. Prior experience in security or defense is required. 
• Basic communication skills in Arabic and English are essential.

✅ General Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the respective field

• Ability to read and write in Arabic and English

• Must be located in Kuwait

• Ahli and project visas are acceptable

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

📌 الوظائف المتاحة :

1. عامل سقالات - 50 وظيفة شاغرة

• المسؤول عن تجميع وتفكيك هياكل السقالات بأمان وكفاءة في مواقع المشاريع المختلفة. 
• يجب أن يكون المرشحون لائقين بدنيًا، ومهتمين بالسلامة، وعلى دراية بمعايير الصناعة. 
• يشترط الخبرة السابقة في مجال البناء أو السقالات الصناعية. 
• العمل الجماعي والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة أساسيان. تُعدّ شهادة في مجال السقالات ميزة إضافية.

2. رئيس المخيم - وظيفة شاغرة واحدة

• يشرف على جميع جوانب عمليات معسكر العمال، بما في ذلك الإقامة، والنظافة، وانضباط الموظفين، وخدمات الطعام.
•  ضمان الإدارة اليومية السلسة للمنشأة والتعامل مع الشكاوى. 
• يشترط الخبرة في إدارة المجموعات الكبيرة والمعرفة بالامتثال للصحة والسلامة. 
• مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية ممتازة ضرورية. كما أن الخبرة السابقة في إدارة المخيمات ضرورية.

3. عامل نظافة – وظيفتان شاغرتان

• المسؤول عن الحفاظ على النظافة والصحة في المكاتب وأماكن الإقامة والأماكن المشتركة. 
• تشمل الواجبات الكنس والتنظيف وإزالة الغبار والتطهير حسب الحاجة. 
• يجب أن يكون دقيقًا وموثوقًا وقادرًا على اتباع الاتجاهات. 
• يُفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال خدمات التنظيف أو الضيافة. الاستعداد للعمل في نوبات عمل مرنة أمرٌ مطلوب.

4. حارس أمن - وظيفة شاغرة واحدة

• الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ومأمونة لموظفينا وممتلكاتنا والزوار.
•  مراقبة نقاط الوصول وإجراء الدوريات والإبلاغ عن الأنشطة المشبوهة.
•  يجب أن يكون لائقًا بدنيًا ومتيقظًا دائمًا. يشترط خبرة سابقة في مجال الأمن أو الدفاع. 
• تعتبر مهارات التواصل الأساسية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية ضرورية.

✅ المتطلبات العامة:

• من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في المجال المعني

• القدرة على القراءة والكتابة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

• يجب أن يكون موجودا في الكويت
