Responsibilities:

 Operational:

• 1. Serves visitors/Customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• 2. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• 3. Assist customers by issuing token numbers for queueing system or notify concerned Service Advisor if the customer has appointment.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Solicit customer requirements and identify Accessories though Electronic Parts Catalogue and accessories catalogues to provide right accessories information.

• 4. Create loss of sales with valid reasons for inventory notification and further action in SAP.
