Are you passionate about healthcare technology and ready to be part of a forward-thinking hospital team? Sidra Kuwait Hospital is currently hiring for key IT roles. This opportunity is open to candidates currently residing in Kuwait only.

📌 Open Positions:

1. Infrastructure Administrator

• Take ownership of the hospital’s core IT infrastructure.
•  You will manage virtual machines (VMs), server environments, and perform system backups. Strong knowledge of firewalls, Active Directory, Exchange, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) is essential. 
• Candidates should also understand IT security concepts and possess experience coordinating daily operations and IT project tasks.

2. HIS Support Engineer

• This role focuses on supporting the Hospital Information System (HIS) and ensuring system reliability for clinical staff. 
• You will handle ticket resolution, assist with system enhancements, and communicate technical changes clearly within a clinical environment.
•  Prior experience working with medical software and understanding clinical workflows is vital.

🎧 Call Center Agent (Male Only)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–3 years of call center experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with electronic devices and systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient inquiries and appointment bookings

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently

• Update and manage patient records within hospital systems

• Coordinate with internal departments for follow-ups

🧪 Laboratory Technician

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Sciences or a related field

• Must hold a valid Kuwait Medical License and NOC

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinic within Kuwait

• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze laboratory tests with accuracy

• Maintain proper documentation and comply with safety protocols

• Operate diagnostic equipment and manage test results

• Collaborate with medical staff to support patient diagnosis and care

✅ General Requirements for Both Roles:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of total IT experience, including 2+ years in a hospital or clinical environment

• Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Must be based in Kuwait with transferable visa

📌 الوظائف المتاحة :

1. مسؤول البنية التحتية

• تولي مسؤولية البنية التحتية الأساسية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في المستشفى.
•  ستدير الأجهزة الافتراضية (VMs) وبيئات الخوادم، وستجري نسخًا احتياطية للنظام. المعرفة الجيدة بجدران الحماية، وActive Directory، وExchange ، وكائنات نهج المجموعة (GPO) ضرورية.     
• يجب على المرشحين أيضًا فهم مفاهيم أمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والحصول على خبرة في تنسيق العمليات اليومية ومهام مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات .   

2. مهندس دعم نظام المعلومات الصحية

• تركز هذه الوظيفة على دعم نظام معلومات المستشفى (HIS) وضمان موثوقية النظام للموظفين السريري.   
• ستتولى مسؤولية حل التذاكر ، والمساعدة في تحسينات النظام ، والتواصل بشأن التغييرات الفنية بوضوح داخل البيئة السريرية.  
•  تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في العمل مع البرامج الطبية وفهم سير العمل السريري أمرًا حيويًا.    

🎧 موظف مركز اتصال (للذكور فقط)

متطلبات

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها

• يفضل أن تكون الخبرة في مركز الاتصال من 1 إلى 3 سنوات

• الكفاءة في مجموعة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس

• المعرفة بالأجهزة والأنظمة الإلكترونية

• مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء

المسؤوليات

• التعامل مع استفسارات المرضى الواردة وحجز المواعيد

• توفير معلومات دقيقة وحل المشكلات بكفاءة

• تحديث وإدارة سجلات المرضى داخل أنظمة المستشفى

• التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لمتابعة الأمور

🧪 فني مختبر

متطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس  في علوم المختبرات أو مجال ذي صلة

• يجب أن يكون لديه رخصة طبية كويتية سارية المفعول وشهادة عدم ممانعة   

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مستشفى أو عيادة داخل الكويت  

• فهم قوي لإجراءات المختبر ومعايير الجودة

المسؤوليات

• إجراء وتحليل الاختبارات المعملية بدقة

• الحفاظ على الوثائق المناسبة والامتثال لبروتوكولات السلامة

• تشغيل معدات التشخيص وإدارة نتائج الاختبار

• التعاون مع الطاقم الطبي لدعم تشخيص المرضى ورعايتهم

✅ المتطلبات العامة لكلا الدورين:

• درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة

• ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة الإجمالية في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات، بما في ذلك أكثر من عامين في مستشفى أو بيئة سريرية

• معرفة قوية بأنظمة التذاكر واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs)
