📋 Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

• Provide professional, timely, and accurate assistance to customers.

• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on requests.

⭐ Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
