Cementing Bulk Material Oper II

Job Duties

• Under general supervision, safely maintains cementing bulk equipment and the bulk plant. Responsible for pulling bulk equipment to be loaded and used at wellsite. Applies all applicable HMS processes to properly load bulk materials and interacts with the lab. Loads bulk chemicals for jobs. 
• Calculates load out sheets and safely and accurately operate the Accublend at the bulk plant with minimal supervision. 
• Learns to perform accurate inventory counts of chemicals. 

• Assists in the charge-off of material used on the job to the sales order. 
• This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in material handling or cementing operations. 
• Must be able to learn and apply all applicable HSE policies and procedures and demonstrate their application into his/her duties. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required. 
• Basic reading comprehension, communication skills, and writing skills are required. Basic computer skills are preferred.

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, plans sourcing of goods and services to support manufacturing, field operations, technology, or project management strategic plans at the plant level. 
• Complies with and executes Category Management strategies in accordance with policies and procedures. 
• Issues purchase orders in response to material requirements established by manufacturing, field operations, or projects.
•  Implements agreements for local procurement of goods and services not covered under Category Management. 

• Creates request for quotations (RFQ) and organizes competitive biddings from various suppliers to obtain the best quality, delivery, and price for goods and services. Assesses supplier performance. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. 
• Completion of an undergraduate degree in a technical, business, or similar discipline required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or production environment. Advanced procurement certification preferred (CPM, etc.). Purchase to Pay knowledge is desirable.

موظف عملية ربط المواد السائبة الثانية

واجبات الوظيفة

• تحت إشراف عام، يُحافظ على سلامة معدات صب الأسمنت ومصنع المواد السائبة. مسؤول عن سحب معدات المواد السائبة لتحميلها واستخدامها في موقع البئر. يُطبّق جميع عمليات HMS المعمول بها لتحميل المواد السائبة بشكل صحيح، ويتفاعل مع المختبر. يُحمّل المواد الكيميائية السائبة للأعمال. 
• يقوم بحساب جداول التحميل وتشغيل Accublend بأمان ودقة في مصنع البضائع السائبة مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف. 
• يتعلم كيفية إجراء جرد دقيق للمواد الكيميائية. 

• يساعد في تحميل المواد المستخدمة في العمل على أمر المبيعات. 
• يتطلب هذا المنصب الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها وخبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في عمليات مناولة المواد أو الأسمنت. 
• يجب أن يكون قادرًا على تعلم وتطبيق جميع سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المعمول بها، وإثبات تطبيقها في مهامه. يُشترط إجادة العمليات الحسابية الأساسية، بما في ذلك الجمع والطرح والضرب والقسمة. 
• يُشترط إجادة القراءة والتواصل والكتابة. ويُفضّل إجادة مهارات الحاسوب الأساسية.

• يشترط الحصول على درجة جامعية في تخصص تقني أو تجاري أو ما شابه. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المشتريات أو الإنتاج. يُفضل الحصول على شهادة متقدمة في المشتريات (CPM، إلخ). يُفضل الإلمام بمنهجية الشراء والدفع.
