About this job

• Ability to provide required training to the team.
• ü Ensure all Merchandising routes under his supervision have up to
• date route plans.
• ü Ensure daily reporting feedback from the team to Sales supervisors

• ü Ensure planogram implementation across all Key customers.
• ü NPD listing in Key Accounts.
• ü NPD launch and execution.
• ü Responsible for promotion utilization as per management direction
• and business needs.
• ü Responsible to ensure that Merchandisers under his control
• supporting the sales team to deliver the results.

• ü Responsible for the investigation and control of non-compliance
• products to company standards.
• ü Responsible for the weekly intelligent reports to be prepared and
• communicate on time.
• ü Based on creativity experience, observation and company policy are
• responsible for creating an attractive point of sale displays.
• ü These displays must be aesthetically pleasing
