Client care - موظف خدمة العملاء والشكاوى

Job Purpose:

• Provide an excellent customer experience by resolving all types of issues, including those related to points of sale, websites, payment processes, and interactions with employees within the outlets. 
• The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a convenient and seamless experience by following up on and resolving complaints and documenting them in the designated complaint sheet.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:

• - Receive customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, hotline, and the company's Instagram account).
• - Listen actively to customer complaints and accurately understand their issues.
• Solving Point of Sale, Website, and Payment Issues:
• - Addressing issues related to point of sale and assisting customers in resolving any technical issues by communicating with the relevant departments to quickly resolve the issues.
• - Supporting customers in cases of delayed or failed electronic payments and ensuring the refund of any incorrectly paid amounts by communicating with the Finance Department and submitting emails.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree (Bachelor's or Diploma) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or complaints handling, preferably in a retail or medical setting.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: KD350,000 - KD450,000 per month

• - الاستماع بشكل فعال لشكاوى العملاء وفهم مشاكلهم بشكل دقيق.

• - معالجة المشاكل المتعلقة بنقاط البيع ومساعدة العملاء في حل أي مشاكل تقنية من خلال التواصل مع الأقسام ذات الصلة لحل المشاكل بسرعة.
• - دعم العملاء في حالات تأخر أو فشل الدفع الإلكتروني والتأكد من استرداد أي مبالغ تم دفعها بشكل غير صحيح من خلال التواصل مع إدارة المالية وإرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة جامعية (بكالوريوس أو دبلوم) في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
• الكفاءة في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس وأدوات الاتصال.

خبرة:
