Job Summary:

• KDCow is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the company’s network, servers, systems security, and helpdesk operations. 
• The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT performance, security compliance, and efficient technical support across the organization, enabling business continuity and infrastructure scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of KDCow’s IT infrastructure and network architecture.

• Monitor network performance, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement security measures.
• Manage Help Desk services and provide end-user support across hardware/software issues.
