Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Kuwait with transferable residency (Visa 18)

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)

• At least 5 years of experience in HSE roles

• Strong command of local and international HSE regulations and standards

• Ability to proactively identify risks and implement safety improvements

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and company policies

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for staff

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal departments

• مهارات تواصل وتحليل ممتازة، والقدرة على تحديد وتحسين المخاطر

المسؤوليات

• ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة

• إجراء تقييمات للمخاطر وتفتيشات ميدانية منتظمة

• تقديم دورات تدريبية في السلامة للموظفين

• التحقيق في الحوادث وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية

• توثيق كافة بيانات وتقارير السلامة

• التنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية والإدارات الداخلية
