About this job

• We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Movement Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily movement of goods, vehicles, and personnel to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor transportation activities.
• Coordinate the movement of shipments, materials, and company vehicles.
• Track deliveries and resolve logistical issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and fleet data.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external transport providers.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (preferred).

مسؤول الحركة اللوجستية

حول هذه الوظيفة

• نبحث عن مسؤول نقل لوجستي منظم ودقيق للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنسيق الحركة اليومية للبضائع والمركبات والموظفين لضمان سير العمليات اللوجستية بكفاءة وفي الوقت المناسب.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تخطيط وجدولة ومراقبة أنشطة النقل.
• تنسيق حركة الشحنات والمواد ومركبات الشركة.
• تتبع عمليات التسليم وحل المشكلات اللوجستية أو التأخيرات.
• الحفاظ على السجلات الدقيقة لعمليات الخدمات اللوجستية وبيانات الأسطول.
• التواصل مع السائقين وموظفي المستودعات ومقدمي النقل الخارجيين.

• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والتنظيمية.
• متطلبات:
• خبرة مثبتة في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو النقل أو تنسيق سلسلة التوريد.
• مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية قوية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة المهام المتعددة.
• الكفاءة في استخدام برامج MS Office والبرامج اللوجستية (مفضل).
