Planning Engineer (any discipline)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline)
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction planning and project scheduling
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls and planning methodologies
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and other planning and scheduling tools
• Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
• Can join within 1 - 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Develop baseline programs in coordination with project management and construction teams.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Analyze project performance and identify potential risks or delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate planning and scheduling information.
• Assist in resource planning, productivity analysis and forecasting of manpower, materials, and equipment needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quality control within construction or oil and gas project
• Should have ISO 9001 or 14001 certification or ability to obtain
• Strong understanding of quality assurance/quality control processes and inspection procedures
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and standards
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities

Civil Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision in construction, oil & gas, or engineering industry, preferably in KOC projects
• Must possess a valid KOC PTW (Permit to Work) card
• Proficient in site supervision, documentation, permit procedures, and quality control practices
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrates effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with proven expertise in KOC projects and with prior relevant approvals

• Demonstrates excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Must have valid residency in Kuwait

HSE Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s degree in Science.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management within construction and oil & gas projects.
• Preferably with KOC experience and prior approval related to HSE.
• Certified in internationally recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, or equivalent).
• Proficient in HSE management systems, risk assessments, incident investigation, emergency response planning, and HSE auditing.

• يجب أن يكون لديه شهادة ISO 9001 أو 14001 أو القدرة على الحصول عليها
• فهم قوي لعمليات ضمان الجودة / مراقبة الجودة وإجراءات التفتيش
• كفاءة في قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات والمعايير الإنشائية
• مهتم بالتفاصيل ولديه مهارات قوية في التوثيق وإعداد التقارير

مشرف مدني

• درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في أي تخصص
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإشراف على البناء المدني في صناعة البناء أو النفط والغاز أو الهندسة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في مشاريع شركة نفط الكويت
• يجب أن يكون لديه بطاقة KOC PTW (تصريح العمل) صالحة

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في مشاريع البناء والنفط والغاز.
• يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في شركة نفط الكويت وموافقة مسبقة فيما يتعلق بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
• حاصل على شهادات HSE المعترف بها دوليًا (على سبيل المثال، NEBOSH، IOSH، OSHA، ISO 45001، أو ما يعادلها).
