Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise support on day to day running of maintenance function to ensure maximum efficiency, facilities at optimal cost and under good conditions of quality, safety, and protection for the environment.
• Supervise in the installation, repair of company property related to Electrical, plumbing and HVAC/AC including machines: (Gondolas, racks, stacks, palates, cleaning machines, moving machines, baking machines, cutting, gridding, mixing etc.) And mechanical systems and maintenance of all areas of a facility.
• Inspecting facilities to determine problems and necessary maintenance

• Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to his maintenance team to ensure the continuous operation in the department.↚
• Overseeing record of all day-to-day maintenance and service activities undertaken in a facility.
• Complying with company policies on the safety and health administration rules while carrying out the maintenance functions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Technology of HVAC or MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing)

• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Have a leadership skills and client relationship skills
• Knowledge in basic MEP and fabrication knowledge

• الإشراف على دعم التشغيل اليومي لوظيفة الصيانة لضمان أقصى قدر من الكفاءة والمرافق بتكلفة مثالية وفي ظل ظروف جيدة من الجودة والسلامة والحماية للبيئة.
• الإشراف على تركيب وإصلاح ممتلكات الشركة المتعلقة بالكهرباء والسباكة وتكييف الهواء بما في ذلك الآلات: (الجندول، الرفوف، المداخن، الأكشاك، آلات التنظيف، آلات النقل، آلات الخبز، القطع، الشبك، الخلط وما إلى ذلك) والأنظمة الميكانيكية وصيانة جميع مناطق المنشأة.
• فحص المرافق لتحديد المشاكل والصيانة اللازمة

• إعداد جداول الصيانة الأسبوعية وتوزيع العمل على فريق الصيانة التابع له لضمان استمرارية العمل في القسم.

• المساهمة في تطوير ميزانية الصيانة وضمان الالتزام بها.
• تجنب حالات الطوارئ من خلال عمليات التفتيش المنتظمة والتصرف فورًا في حالات الطوارئ.
• المسئول عن صيانة أماكن إقامة الموظفين (التأكد من أن أماكن الإقامة كلها في حالة جيدة.
• مراقبة معدات مكافحة الحرائق

مهارات

• درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا الصناعة في أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء أو الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والسباكة
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال صيانة المرافق والتركيب وأعمال الإصلاح وفي مجال البيع بالتجزئة، منها سنتان في دور إشرافي.↚
