About this job
- We are looking for a talented and skilled Electrical Supervisor - Electrical and Automation in Rolling Mill Plant to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. You will be responsible to supervise and coordinate electrical and automation maintenance activities to ensure reliable performance of plant equipment and control systems. Lead technicians in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, plan and authorize tasks, audit records, and liaise with production and support departments to achieve safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical and automation technicians in performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for motors, drives, PLCs, and automation systems.
- Authorize work permits, shift activities, and validate electrical/automation task completion.
- Audit test reports, maintenance logs, and equipment records to ensure compliance with standards.
- Liaise with production, mechanical, and utility teams to align maintenance with operational needs. ↚
- Diagnose recurring faults in automation or electrical systems and escalate critical issues for resolution.
- Allocate manpower, tools, and test equipment to optimize maintenance efficiency.
- Report maintenance performance, system reliability, and improvement recommendations to the Department Head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical and automation maintenance within heavy industry.
- Supervisory or shift coordination experience preferred.
Skills:
- Knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, and automation systems.
- Ability to lead and supervise technicians effectively.
- Competence in diagnosing and escalating electrical/automation faults.
- Familiarity with CMMS, testing tools, and electrical safety standards.
- Strong reporting, communication, and coordination skills.

حول هذه الوظيفة
- نبحث عن مشرف كهربائي موهوب وذو مهارة عالية في مجال الكهرباء والأتمتة في مصنع الدرفلة للانضمام إلى فريقنا متعدد الثقافات والمتنوع في الكويت. ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية والأتمتة وتنسيقها لضمان أداء موثوق لمعدات المصنع وأنظمة التحكم. سيقود الفنيون أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وصيانة الأعطال، ويخططون ويفوضون المهام، ويدققون السجلات، ويتواصلون مع أقسام الإنتاج والدعم لضمان عمليات آمنة وفعالة.
المسؤوليات:
- قيادة الفنيين الكهربائيين والأتمتة في أداء مهام الصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- تخطيط جداول الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمحركات ومحركات الأقراص وأجهزة التحكم المنطقية القابلة للبرمجة وأنظمة التشغيل الآلي.
- تفويض تصاريح العمل، وأنشطة المناوبات، والتحقق من صحة إتمام المهام الكهربائية/الأتمتة.
- مراجعة تقارير الاختبار، وسجلات الصيانة، وسجلات المعدات للتأكد من الامتثال للمعايير.
- التواصل مع فرق الإنتاج والميكانيكا والمرافق لمواءمة الصيانة مع الاحتياجات التشغيلية.
- تشخيص الأخطاء المتكررة في أنظمة الأتمتة أو الكهرباء وتصعيد المشكلات الحرجة لحلها. ↚
- تخصيص القوى العاملة والأدوات ومعدات الاختبار لتحسين كفاءة الصيانة.
- إعداد تقرير عن أداء الصيانة وموثوقية النظام وتوصيات التحسين إلى رئيس القسم.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو الأتمتة.
- أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في الصيانة الكهربائية والأتمتة في الصناعات الثقيلة.
- يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في الإشراف أو تنسيق التحول.
مهارات:
- معرفة المحركات ومحركات الأقراص وأجهزة التحكم المنطقية القابلة للبرمجة وأنظمة الأتمتة.
- القدرة على قيادة الفنيين والإشراف عليهم بشكل فعال.
- الكفاءة في تشخيص وتصعيد الأعطال الكهربائية / الآلية.
- - المعرفة بنظام CMMS وأدوات الاختبار ومعايير السلامة الكهربائية.
- مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير والتواصل والتنسيق.
