We started operations in Kuwait market in 1991 with distribution of radiator cores. Established under the name of ‘Desert Radiator’ we started our own shop in Shuwaikh Area for selling radiators and cores.
A year later in 1992, our workshop was established, and we made the entry in the market for repair and maintenance services.

It was a team of seven employees back then which kept growing at an accelerating rate in terms of not just employee strength but also our scope of work.
With the vision to provide better repair and maintenance services to a larger customer base, our repair services for heat exchangers were started in 1998. With continual improvement and dedication, the company established its market in the field of mechanical maintenance of heat transfer equipment in 2005. It grew multifold in employee number, operational capacity, infrastructure and customer base.

Procurement Engineer

Job Summary:

Procurement is the process of obtaining goods for a company by using technical data and via supply chain management.
This process involves sourcing products, selecting vendors, negotiating, purchasing and paying for the products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Monitoring project timelines and issuing purchase orders to meet delivery requirements.
· Obtaining quotes and conducting quote analysis.
· Exploring new suppliers and updating the supplier’s database and effectively lead continuous improvements↚
while outlining the agreements accurately in ERP
· Ensure optimal stock levels of high-quality materials to support production and maintenance processes

without overstocking or under stocking

· Effectively manage supplier selection to meet quality, service, delivery, cost, risk mitigation, and supplier

capabilities to meet requirements.

· Actively negotiating with suppliers to address quality, delivery, price, or service discrepancies.
· Collaborate with the finance Team for procurement record-keeping, vendors payments and price analysis.
· Analyse procurement costs to identify cost-savings opportunities and ensure budget adherence.
· Collaborate closely with Technical Development Engineer to anticipate future material and technological

needs for new solutions and services

· Effectively communicating and engaging with wide range of leadership levels.
· Support solution consultation projects by ensuring the timely availability of required resources.

Knowledge:

· Interpersonal and negotiating skills necessary to build effective working relationships with supply partners.
· General technical knowledge about the stock items.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.

Skills:

· Financial skills to assess the total cost of procurement.
· ERP purchasing knowledge.↚
· Strong project management and procurement methods.
· Ability to work with a wide range of technical, sales, manufacturing, management personnel and business process owners.

Qualifications:

· B. S. Engineering or B. S. Degree
· Read and write English, Arabic is added advantage
· 2-3 years’ experience minimum.

ملخص الوظيفة:
