Design Center Coordinator 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Welcome customers visiting the design section with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Collect customer information and fill out the design service checklist accurately.
• Open customer accounts and ensure all required documents and details are properly recorded.
• Explain the design service process and guide customers on the next steps.
• Coordinate between customers and sales designers to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Inform customers of the design service charges and collect payments accordingly.
• Issue receipts and ensure accurate payment records (cash, card, etc.).
• Maintain an organized filing system for customer checklists and records.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to design services.
• Provide basic information about design packages, timelines, and terms.
• Ensure that the waiting area and front desk are clean and welcoming.
• Track the status of ongoing design accounts and update customers when needed.
• Report daily transactions, customer visits, and feedback to the manager.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
• Ensure all customer data is treated confidentially and in line with ABYAT policy.

Qualifications: 

•  Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
•  Presentable, polite, and able to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
•  Basic computer skills and ability to use web-based applications.  ↚
• 2-3 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in interior design, arts, architecture, is a Plus.

منسق مركز التصميم 

المسؤوليات الرئيسية: 

• نرحب بالعملاء الذين يزورون قسم التصميم بموقف ودود ومهني.
• جمع معلومات العملاء وملء قائمة التحقق من خدمة التصميم بدقة.
• افتح حسابات العملاء وتأكد من تسجيل جميع المستندات والتفاصيل المطلوبة بشكل صحيح.
• شرح عملية خدمة التصميم وتوجيه العملاء إلى الخطوات التالية.
• التنسيق بين العملاء ومصممي المبيعات لضمان الجدولة السلسة.
• إبلاغ العملاء برسوم خدمة التصميم وجمع المدفوعات وفقًا لذلك.
• إصدار الإيصالات والتأكد من دقة سجلات الدفع (نقدًا، وبطاقة، وما إلى ذلك).
• الحفاظ على نظام منظم لحفظ قوائم التحقق والسجلات الخاصة بالعملاء.
• معالجة المكالمات الواردة والاستفسارات المتعلقة بخدمات التصميم.
• توفير معلومات أساسية حول حزم التصميم والجداول الزمنية والشروط.
• تأكد من أن منطقة الانتظار ومكتب الاستقبال نظيفان ومرحبان.

المؤهلات: 

•  مهارات قوية في التواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
•  حسن المظهر، ومهذب، وقادر على التعامل مع طلبات العملاء المتعددة في وقت واحد.
•  المهارات الأساسية في استخدام الكمبيوتر والقدرة على استخدام تطبيقات الويب.
• 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة في علاقات العملاء أو خدمة العملاء أو مجال ذي صلة.
• درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي، والفنون، والهندسة المعمارية، هي ميزة إضافية.
