Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Wet Utilities   

About the Role 

• The Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Wet Utilities is the primary “Architect” of the road design and creates the overall road alignments, dimensions, and Right of Way (ROW). This Lead Engineer will create the container envelop for all other infrastructure services to run within the road service corridors and ROW.
• In addition, he/she will be responsible for creating the road profiles and grading that determine the slope and design parameters for the other gravity services and interfaces with adjacent buildings and spaces.
• In a Lead Engineer role, he/she will provide expert advice and leadership to a team of roads and wet utilities engineers to deliver complex projects under Company Digital Delivery process. He/she will also set out the authority approvals strategy and engage with authority reviewing engineers.

Required Experience 

• Must have Design project management background.
• Has worked as Lead or Senior Architect.
• Gained 10-12 years’ experience in large scale design projects.
• Worked in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
• Has Software experience using CAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project.
• Has knowledge and experience of scheduling, planning methods and tools.
• Has knowledge and experience of conditions of contracts, design processes and standards.
• Understands International codes and standards, local regulations and standards related to projects.

Project Coordinator (Proposals)

 What you will be doing 

• Identify potential opportunities for international projects by conducting research on funding agencies through their websites and other sources.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate on projects (i.e.ongoing and upcoming) outside of Kuwait.
• Provide assistance on matters deemed necessary by the Department Head in order to ensure successful completion of work and in meeting deadlines.
• Provide effective support to the company’s international branch and project offices as and when required.

 What you will be doing 

• Analyze and understand Pace vision and strategies and develop bidding approach and strategies for winning bids.

مهندس البنية التحتية الرئيسي - المرافق الرطبة   

حول الدور 

• مهندس البنية التحتية الرئيسي في شركة ويت يوتيليتيز هو المهندس المعماري الرئيسي لتصميم الطريق، وهو الذي يضع محاذاة الطريق وأبعاده وحق المرور. وسيُنشئ هذا المهندس الرئيسي غلافًا حاوياتيًا لجميع خدمات البنية التحتية الأخرى التي ستُشغّل ضمن ممرات خدمات الطرق وحق المرور.
• بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيكون مسؤولاً عن إنشاء ملفات تعريف الطرق والتصنيف التي تحدد المنحدر ومعايير التصميم لخدمات الجاذبية الأخرى والواجهات مع المباني والمساحات المجاورة.
• بصفته مهندسًا رئيسيًا، سيقدم/تقدم المشورة المتخصصة والقيادة لفريق من مهندسي الطرق والمرافق المائية لتنفيذ مشاريع معقدة ضمن عملية التسليم الرقمي للشركة. كما سيضع/تضع استراتيجية موافقات الجهات المختصة ويتعاون/تتعاون مع مهندسي مراجعة الجهات المختصة.

الخبرة المطلوبة 

• يجب أن يكون لديك خلفية في إدارة مشاريع التصميم.
• عمل كمهندس رئيسي أو كبير المهندسين.
• اكتسبت خبرة تتراوح من 10 إلى 12 عامًا في مشاريع التصميم واسعة النطاق.
• عملت في بيئة استشارية متعددة التخصصات.
• لديه خبرة في استخدام برامج CAD وRevit وPrimavera وMS Project.
• لديه المعرفة والخبرة في جدولة وتخطيط الأساليب والأدوات.
• لديه المعرفة والخبرة في شروط العقود وعمليات التصميم والمعايير.
• - يفهم القواعد والمعايير الدولية واللوائح والمعايير المحلية المتعلقة بالمشاريع.

• تحديد الفرص المحتملة للمشاريع الدولية من خلال إجراء البحوث حول وكالات التمويل من خلال مواقعها الإلكترونية وغيرها من المصادر.
• التخطيط والتنظيم والتنسيق للمشاريع (الجاري تنفيذها والمقبلة) خارج الكويت.
• تقديم المساعدة في الأمور التي يراها رئيس القسم ضرورية لضمان إنجاز العمل بنجاح والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
• توفير الدعم الفعال للفروع الدولية للشركة ومكاتب المشاريع حسب الحاجة.

• تحليل وفهم رؤية واستراتيجيات بيس وتطوير نهج العطاءات واستراتيجيات الفوز بالعطاءات.
• بناء علاقات مع فرق الامتثال الداخلية. إشراك أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين لتقديم مقترحات فعّالة.
• تصميم استراتيجيات المزايدة باستخدام بيانات التكلفة والأداء.
• تطوير وتحسين مواد الاقتراح وعمليات تقديم العطاءات باستخدام كافة المعلومات الاستخباراتية التجارية.
• تطوير استراتيجيات فعّالة للتسعير ووضع العطاءات باستخدام البيانات التاريخية وبيانات التسعير لتحقيق هوامش عطاءات رابحة.
