Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive body shop management

• Supervise and lead body shop staff including technicians, painters, and estimators

• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations

• Assign work orders and monitor productivity to meet deadlines

• Conduct thorough quality control checks on all completed repairs

• Manage customer relations, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare cost estimates and coordinate with insurance adjusters

• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts

• Monitor financial performance including labor hours, revenue, and expenses

• Prepare detailed reports for management on shop performance and profitability

• Must be a local hire inside Kuwait with a valid transferable visa

• Communicate with workshop technicians to ensure correct repairs and servicing

• Keep customers updated on job progress, additional repair needs, and any delays

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality before vehicle delivery

• ضمان أن الإصلاحات تفي بمعايير المصنع وتوقعات العملاء

• توزيع أوامر العمل ومتابعة الإنتاجية للوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية

• إجراء فحوصات جودة دقيقة على الإصلاحات المكتملة  ↚

• إدارة علاقات العملاء، التعامل مع الشكاوى وضمان رضا العملاء

• إعداد تقديرات التكلفة والتنسيق مع شركات التأمين

• الحفاظ على مخزون الأدوات والمعدات وقطع الغيار

• مراقبة الأداء المالي بما في ذلك ساعات العمل والإيرادات والنفقات

• إعداد تقارير مفصلة للإدارة عن أداء الورشة وربحيتها

• يشترط التوظيف المحلي داخل الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل

• تحديث العملاء بحالة العمل، الاحتياجات الإضافية، وأي تأخير محتمل

• الحصول على موافقة العملاء قبل تنفيذ أعمال إضافية

• فحص العمل المنجز للتأكد من الجودة قبل تسليم المركبة

• شرح الفواتير والخدمات المقدمة بوضوح للعملاء

• التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء بشكل احترافي وتصعيدها عند الحاجة

• الحفاظ على سجلات الخدمة والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الورشة (الإنتاجية، الإيرادات، رضا العملاء)
