We are currently looking to hire candidates in Kuwait at Al-Muhalab Contracting and Trading Company for the following field with a salary of 2000 dinars :

• Al-Muhalab Contracting and Trading Company is family owned and established company.
• Al-Muhalab was founded by the current Chairman Mr. Abdulghani Al-Abdulghani while the day to day business is run by the General Manager Khaled Al-Abdulghani.

• Al-Muhalab has two main operations, Internal and External Electrical works and Steel manufacturing (i.e steel structures, fire doors, main doors... etc.). Other than these two main operations Al-Muhalab owns and operates a travel agency called Al-Muhalab Travels and a showroom for lighting products.

Junior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Record and post daily financial transactions accurately.
• Assist in preparing journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and payable, and prepare related reports.
• Support in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Organize and maintain financial documents and invoices.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy of accounts.
• Provide support in other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.↚
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial standards.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD1.000 - KD2.000 per month

• لدى شركة المهلب نشاطان رئيسيان: الأعمال الكهربائية الداخلية والخارجية، وتصنيع الفولاذ (مثل الهياكل الفولاذية، وأبواب الحرائق، والأبواب الرئيسية، وغيرها). بالإضافة إلى هاتين النشاطين الرئيسيين، تمتلك شركة المهلب وتدير وكالة سفر تُدعى "المهلب للسفريات"، وصالة عرض لمنتجات الإضاءة.

محاسب مبتدئ

المسؤوليات:

• تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية ونشرها بدقة.
• المساعدة في إعداد القيود اليومية وتسويات البنوك.
• متابعة الحسابات المدينة والدائنة وإعداد التقارير المتعلقة بها.
• -الدعم في إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية.
• تنظيم وصيانة المستندات المالية والفواتير.
• التعاون مع فريق المحاسبة لضمان دقة الحسابات.
• تقديم الدعم في مهام المحاسبة الأخرى حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• معرفة جيدة ببرامج MS Office، وخاصةً Excel.
• فهم أساسي لمبادئ المحاسبة والمعايير المالية.
• مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية قوية.↚
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتعامل مع ضغوط العمل.
