Position: Associate Facilities Manager

Details

What You'll Do

• Design and implement regional facility management standards, asset maintenance, and team scheduling.

• Ensure consistent application of processes across all countries.

• Update asset databases linked to ERP systems.

• Lead infrastructure improvement initiatives to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.

• Ensure safety compliance and equipment maintenance.

• Manage spare parts levels to maintain uptime and SLA performance.

• Monitor vendor performance, renew contracts, and negotiate to meet regional standards.

• Support financial and non-financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Coordinate equipment installation and refurbishments with internal teams.

• Collaborate with manufacturing partners and procurement to optimize sourcing and pricing.

• Develop annual forecasts for equipment demand and ensure stock availability.

• Assist local teams in selecting preferred suppliers by country.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in F&B or restaurant facilities or asset management.

• Certifications like FMP, CFM, or FMC are a plus.

• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment specs and facility requirements.

• Good understanding of MEP related to foodservice operations.

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/facility management software.

• Leadership experience managing cross-border teams.

• Willingness to travel (20%).

• Excellent negotiation, planning, and analytical skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• High attention to detail and structured thinking.

المهام الوظيفية

• تصميم وتنفيذ معايير إدارة المرافق الإقليمية وصيانة الأصول وجدولة فرق العمل.

• متابعة تطبيق العمليات بشكل موحد في جميع الدول.

• تحديث قاعدة بيانات الأصول وربطها بنظام تخطيط الموارد (ERP).

• قيادة مبادرات تحسين البنية التحتية للحد من استهلاك الطاقة وتكاليف التشغيل.

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وصيانة المعدات.

• إدارة مستويات قطع الغيار وضمان جاهزية المعدات.

• متابعة أداء الموردين وتجديد العقود والتفاوض بما يتناسب مع المعايير الإقليمية.

• دعم التقارير المالية وغير المالية والتنبؤات والميزانية.

• تنسيق تركيب وصيانة المعدات بالتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية.

• التعاون مع شركاء التصنيع والمشتريات لتحسين الأسعار والمصادر.

• إعداد التوقعات السنوية لاحتياجات المعدات وضمان توافر المخزون.

• مساعدة الفرق المحلية في اختيار الموردين المفضلين في كل دولة.

الشروط

• خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في إدارة مرافق المطاعم أو صناعة الأغذية.

• شهادات مثل FMP، CFM، أو FMC تعتبر ميزة.

• معرفة متعمقة بمواصفات معدات المطابخ ومتطلبات المرافق.

• فهم جيد لنظم الكهرباء والميكانيكا والصرف الصحي المتعلقة بعمليات الطعام.

• مهارات متقدمة في Excel وبرامج إدارة الموارد والمرافق.

• خبرة قيادية في إدارة فرق عبر الحدود.

• الاستعداد للسفر بنسبة 20%.
