What You’ll Do

• Convert customer and reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.

• Meet with end-users to understand their requirements in depth.

• Generate Bills of Materials and design solution blocks alongside hardware and software vendors.

• Conduct demos and proof-of-concept presentations for customers.

• Arrange and deliver technical training sessions for partners and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of presales experience.

• Strong knowledge of Dell Servers and storage technologies.

• Enthusiastic, results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.

• Excellent communication skills and proactive work approach.

• تحويل استفسارات العملاء والموزعين إلى حلول تقنية مناسبة.

• لقاء المستخدمين النهائيين لفهم متطلباتهم بشكل أفضل.

• إعداد قوائم المواد وتصميم حلول بالتعاون مع بائعي الأجهزة والبرمجيات.

• إجراء عروض تقديمية وعروض إثبات مفهوم للعملاء.

• تنظيم وتقديم تدريبات تقنية للشركاء والعملاء.

الشروط

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الدعم الفني المسبق للمبيعات.

• معرفة قوية بتقنيات خوادم وأجهزة تخزين ديل.

• حماس ودافع قوي لتحقيق النجاح.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل بشكل استباقي.
