Business Development Executive

Details

We’re seeking a passionate and results-oriented professional with solid experience in business development within the Facilities Management (FM) industry. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing long-term service contracts. Your insight into the local FM market and ability to offer tailored solutions will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the FM sector (cleaning, security, etc.).

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, consultants, and government decision-makers.

• Conduct thorough market research to assess trends and competitor positioning.

• Work closely with internal teams (operations, technical, finance) to design and deliver effective FM proposals.

• Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and project status using CRM tools.

• Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms.

• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on business development progress to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of business development experience in FM (Kuwait/GCC preferred).

• Sound knowledge of FM services including cleaning and security.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.

• Valid Kuwaiti driving license is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

يتطلب هذا الدور شخصًا متمرسًا لديه خبرة في تطوير الأعمال داخل قطاع إدارة المرافق (FM)، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن اكتشاف فرص جديدة، وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء، وضمان توقيع عقود خدمية مستدامة. يُعد الفهم العميق لسوق المرافق في الكويت عاملاً حاسمًا للنجاح.

المهام الوظيفية

• تحديد واستهداف فرص أعمال جديدة في مجال إدارة المرافق (مثل التنظيف، الأمن).

• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين وصناع القرار في القطاعين العام والخاص.

• إجراء أبحاث سوقية وتحليل المنافسين والتوجهات الحالية.

• التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية (العمليات، التقنية، المالية) لتقديم حلول مخصصة.

• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).

• تحديث نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء CRM بجميع التفاصيل الخاصة بالفرص والمفاوضات.

• تمثيل الشركة في المعارض والمؤتمرات والفعاليات المهنية.

• إعداد تقارير تطوير الأعمال ورفعها للإدارة بشكل دوري.

الشروط

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة 3–5 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال بمجال إدارة المرافق (ويفضل في الكويت أو الخليج).

• معرفة قوية بخدمات إدارة المرافق (تنظيف، أمن).

• مهارات عالية في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض.

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.

• رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية ميزة مفضلة.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
