About the Role

As an Outdoor Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for marketing and selling our company’s products and services directly to customers outside our premises. You will be assigned a specific residential area, where you will conduct visits, assess potential properties (mainly villas), and connect with property owners. Your role involves building trust, offering support, and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure future sales success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits in the assigned area

• Make daily calls and schedule face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions

• Educate clients on company offerings, products, and services

• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand awareness efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Proven experience in outdoor sales

عن الوظيفة

أخصائي المبيعات الميدانية سيكون مسؤولًا عن تسويق وبيع منتجات وخدمات الشركة مباشرة للعملاء خارج مقرها. سيُخصص له منطقة سكنية محددة، يقوم بزيارتها يوميًا لفحص الفلل والتواصل مع أصحابها للترويج لخدمات الشركة. يتطلب الدور بناء علاقات قوية قائمة على الثقة لضمان فرص بيع مستقبلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية يومية للمنطقة المخصصة

• إجراء مكالمات يومية وترتيب لقاءات مباشرة مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين

• بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء وتعزيزها

• تسجيل ومتابعة كافة بيانات العملاء والفرص البيعية

• شرح المنتجات والخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة للعملاء

• متابعة المنافسين، والمنتجات الجديدة، واتجاهات السوق

• التعاون مع قسم التسويق لتعزيز ظهور العلامة التجارية

الشروط

• شهادة بكالوريوس

• خبرة مثبتة في مجال المبيعات الميدانية

• مهارات قوية في العرض والتواصل

• إجادة التواصل كتابة وشفهيًا

• مهارات خدمة عملاء ممتازة مع قدرة على الإقناع والتفاوض

• تنظيم عالي ودقة في العمل

• يشترط وجود رخصة قيادة وسيارة
