SS Realty Developers is urgently hiring a Mechanical Estimation Engineer to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. The role involves analyzing specifications and technical drawings, estimating material, labor, and equipment costs, and updating estimates based on project changes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

• Review and analyze technical project documents to calculate costs accurately.

• Provide both preliminary and final estimates aligned with project scope.

• Estimate quantities of required materials, labor, and equipment.

• Revise and update estimates in response to project design changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
