Job Title: Call Center Agent & Call Center Team Leader
Details
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Khaitan. The Cable Technician will be responsible for:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of cabling systems
Working with electrical components and different cable types
Implementing structured cabling systems for networking and security
Using hand tools with precision to ensure safe and professional workmanship
Maintaining safety standards and quality throughout all tasks
Requirements
Proven experience with cabling systems
Proficiency in handling electrical components safely
Skilled use of hand tools for installations and repairs
Knowledge of structured cabling best practices
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and in team settings
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus)
Solid experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
Experience in networking using CAT 6 and CAT 7 cables

الوظيفة بدوام كامل ومقرها خيطان – كويت. تشمل المهام:
تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة الكابلات المتنوعة
التعامل مع مكونات الكهرباء وكابلات متعددة الأنواع
تنفيذ حلول الكابلات المنظمة للشبكات والأنظمة الأمنية
استخدام الأدوات اليدوية بدقة لضمان جودة وسلامة العمل
الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وأعلى مستويات الجودة
الشروط
خبرة مثبتة في أنظمة الكابلات
قدرة على التعامل الآمن مع المكونات الكهربائية
مهارة في استخدام الأدوات اليدوية لأعمال التركيب والإصلاح
معرفة جيدة بأنظمة الكابلات المنظمة (Structured Cabling)
دقة عالية في العمل ومهارات حل المشكلات
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق
شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (شهادة فنية ميزة إضافية)
خبرة جيدة في تركيب وصيانة أنظمة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV)
خبرة في شبكات CAT 6 وCAT 7
