Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Kuwait Society of Engineers registration preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials testing, including 2+ years in a leadership role

• Experience with KOC, KNPC, MPW, or MEW projects mandatory

• Proficient in LIMS platforms and ISO 17025 implementation

• Certifications such as ISO 17025 Auditor Training, ACI, NICET preferred

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory testing of concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and geotechnical materials per Kuwaiti and international standards

• Manage LIMS for data traceability and automated reporting

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and MPW quality procedures

• Coordinate with government and private contractors on testing scopes

• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and HSE protocol enforcement

• Approve and review test reports for timely client submission

• Lead and train technical staff

• Support audits and inspections by accreditation bodies

• خبرة مؤكدة في مشاريع KOC، KNPC، MPW، أو MEW

• إجادة استخدام منصات LIMS وتطبيق معيار ISO 17025

• شهادات مفضلة مثل مدقق ISO 17025، ACI، NICET

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف على اختبارات الخرسانة، الأسفلت، الركام، والمواد الجيوتكنيكية وفقاً للمعايير الكويتية والدولية

• إدارة نظام LIMS لتتبع البيانات والتقارير الآلية

• ضمان الالتزام بمعيار ISO/IEC 17025:2017 وإجراءات الجودة في MPW

• التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية والمقاولين الخاصين لتحديد نطاقات الاختبار

• الإشراف على معايرة وصيانة الأجهزة وتطبيق بروتوكولات السلامة والصحة المهنية

• مراجعة واعتماد تقارير الاختبار لتقديمها للعملاء في الوقت المحدد

• قيادة وتدريب الفنيين

• دعم عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش من الهيئات المعتمدة
