Requirements

• Previous experience in a gym, fitness center, or health club

• Basic fitness knowledge and a passion for wellness

• Fitness or CPR certification is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude

• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Fitness Instructor with daily operations

• Guide guests in safe use of gym equipment

• Offer encouragement, workout tips, and assistance

• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met

• Monitor member behavior to maintain a respectful atmosphere

• Report any equipment issues or hazards
