About the Role
Responsible for uploading and verifying merchant information for the KeeTa Saudi team, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Build and manage a local onboarding operations team, including both internal staff and outsourced teams, to boost productivity
Establish and continuously improve internal and external workflows and oversight systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
High level of responsibility and a results-driven mindset
Fast learner with adaptability to new processes and tools
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading, and listening)
Prior experience in merchant operations support is preferred
Experience in managing outsourced staff is a plus
Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage

مسؤول عن رفع وتوثيق معلومات التجار لفريق KeeTa السعودية بدقة وكفاءة
بناء فريق محلي متخصص في عمليات الانضمام يشمل موظفين داخليين ومتعهدين خارجيين، مع رفع مستمر للإنتاجية
تطوير وتحسين آليات سير العمل الداخلية والخارجية ونظام الإشراف لضمان دقة العمليات وكفاءتها
الشروط

مهارات تواصل ممتازة وروح عمل جماعي
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، كتابة، محادثة، استماع)
