This is a full-time, on-site role in Kuwait.
Job Title: Operations Manager
The selected candidate will manage and oversee night-time operations while preparing schedules and plans during afternoon hours. Responsibilities include ensuring service quality, managing teams, optimizing resources, and leading with accountability.
Qualifications
Attested Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role
Proven success managing night shift operations
Experience in facilities management or service industry preferred
Valid Kuwaiti driving license
Transferable residency (Visa 18)
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent planning, organization, and time-management
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain focus
Deep understanding of labor laws and safety regulations in Kuwait

المسمى الوظيفي: مدير عمليات (Operations Manager)
سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن إدارة العمليات الليلية بشكل كامل، بالإضافة إلى إعداد الجداول والخطط خلال فترة ما بعد الظهر. تشمل المهام ضمان جودة الخدمات، إدارة الفرق، وتحسين استخدام الموارد.
الشروط
شهادة بكالوريوس موثقة من جامعة معترف بها
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور إداري تشغيلي
خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العمليات خلال فترة الليل
الأفضلية لمن لديهم خبرة في إدارة المرافق أو الصناعات الخدمية
رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية
إقامة قابلة للتحويل (فيزا 18)
المهارات والكفاءات
مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة فعالة للفرق
تنظيم وتخطيط استراتيجي ممتاز
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)
