Job Details

Position Title: Internal Audit Consultant
Location: Baker Tilly – Kuwait
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any relevant major

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certificate or having passed parts of the certification

• 5+ years of experience in internal audit, preferably within a global audit firm

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Transferrable residency in Kuwait is mandatory

• Plan and execute risk-based internal audit programs

• Prepare internal audit reports

• Ensure compliance with internal regulations and legal frameworks

• Support operational efficiency and risk management

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager

• Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS)

• COSO framework and internal control standards

Legal Knowledge

• Companies Law No. 1 of 2016 and its Executive Regulations

• Private Sector Labor Law No. 6 of 2010 and its Executive Regulations

نوع التوظيف: دوام كامل

الشروط

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو تخصص ذو صلة

• شهادة المدقق الداخلي المعتمد (CIA) أو اجتياز أجزاء منها

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التدقيق الداخلي، ويفضل في شركة عالمية

• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة وتحدثاً

• إقامة قابلة للتحويل داخل الكويت

المهام الوظيفية

• تخطيط وتنفيذ برامج التدقيق الداخلي المعتمدة على تحليل المخاطر

• إعداد تقارير التدقيق الداخلي

• ضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة الداخلية والإطار القانوني

• دعم الكفاءة التشغيلية وإدارة المخاطر

• تنفيذ المهام التي يُكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر

المعرفة المطلوبة

المعرفة الفنية

• المعايير العالمية للتدقيق الداخلي (GIAS)

• معايير الرقابة الداخلية، بما في ذلك إطار عمل COSO

المعرفة القانونية

• قانون الشركات رقم 1 لسنة 2016 ولائحته التنفيذية

• قانون العمل في القطاع الخاص رقم 6 لسنة 2010 ولائحته التنفيذية
