• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field

• Strong communication skills

• Immediate availability to join

• GSA Position Specific:

  • Fluent in Arabic

  • Experience with Opera System

  • Prior hotel experience is a must

• Executive Chef Position Specific:

  • Solid background in hot and cold kitchen operations

  • Proven experience in hotel culinary settings

🧭 Responsibilities:

GSA – Receptionist

• Welcome and assist guests at check-in and check-out

• Operate the Opera System to manage room bookings and guest information

• Handle guest inquiries and provide prompt service

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Executive Chef

• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards

• Design and manage menus with a focus on quality and efficiency

• Lead and train kitchen staff (including commis in hot and cold sections)

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

موظف استقبال – GSA

• استقبال الضيوف وتسهيل إجراءات الدخول والخروج

• استخدام نظام Opera لإدارة الحجوزات ومعلومات النزلاء

• الرد على استفسارات الضيوف وتقديم خدمة سريعة

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان تجربة سلسة للضيوف

الشيف التنفيذي

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في المطبخ والحفاظ على معايير عالية

• تصميم وإدارة قوائم الطعام بجودة وكفاءة

• قيادة وتدريب فريق المطبخ (بما في ذلك Commis في الأقسام الساخنة والباردة)

• الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والسلامة
