• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Proven experience in mechanical site execution, particularly in flowlines or pipelines

• Ability to manage manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and site operations

• Proficient in reviewing technical drawings, BOQ, and contract documentation

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Familiarity with project planning, progress tracking, and cost control

• Ability to suggest alternative solutions for cost/time efficiency

• Capable of working independently and under pressure

• Candidates must be based in Kuwait with transferable visa preferred

💼 Responsibilities

• Review client requisitions, evaluate supplier offers, and prepare technical proposals

• Study and interpret drawings, BOQ, specifications, and contract documents

• Manage mechanical/construction works at site, ensuring execution per plan

• Coordinate with subcontractors and supervise foremen, laborers, and site staff

• Allocate labor and equipment efficiently for maximum productivity

• Recommend alternative materials or methods to enhance value and reduce cost

• Evaluate and respond to variation requests from clients

• Ensure company’s policies and production goals are met

• Submit progress reports and updates to the project or department manager

• Identify any scope deviations or variances and alert the management

Architectural Engineer

Job description

• -Study client work requisitions, review supplier offer and prepare work proposal for client approval.
• -Study drawings, bill of quantities, specification and other contract documents.
• -Manages all mechanical or construction work at site.
• -Organises the work according to load and specialization of the subordinates.
• -Should have experience in Flowlines or pipelines.
• -Coordinates the activities of sub contractors.
• -Responsible for the supervisor, foreman and labour force.

• -Control the allocation of labour and equipment on site.
• -Suggests alternative materials, equipment or device for the benefit of the company or the client.
• -Received and studies variations suggested by the client, submit his comments to the project manager/Department manager.
• -Fulfilling the Companys production policy and interests.
• Prepare progress reports to project manager/Department manager.
• -Ensure maximum utilization of work force & equipment at site.
• -Advice the project manager of actual or anticipated deviation of contractual scope of work & detect variances.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• -Bachelor of Architecture
• - Minimum 10 years of experience in the similar filed
• - Should have mandatory MPW Approval.
• -Safety Rules and Procedures.
• -Knowledge of Practical Applications
• -Leadership skills/customer Relationship
• -Administration and Management

مهندس معماري

المسمى الوظيفي

• -دراسة طلبات عمل العميل ومراجعة عرض المورد وإعداد مقترح العمل لموافقة العميل.
• - دراسة الرسومات وجداول الكميات والمواصفات ووثائق العقد الأخرى.
• -إدارة جميع الأعمال الميكانيكية أو الإنشائية في الموقع.
• - تنظيم العمل حسب الحمل والتخصص للمرؤوسين.
• -يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في خطوط التدفق أو خطوط الأنابيب.
• -تنسيق أنشطة المقاولين من الباطن.
• - المسئول عن المشرف ورئيس العمال والقوى العاملة.

• -السيطرة على توزيع العمالة والمعدات في الموقع.
• -يقترح مواد أو معدات أو أجهزة بديلة لصالح الشركة أو العميل.
• -استلام ودراسة التعديلات المقترحة من قبل العميل وتقديم ملاحظاته إلى مدير المشروع / مدير القسم.
• - تنفيذ سياسة الإنتاج ومصالح الشركة.
• إعداد تقارير التقدم إلى مدير المشروع / مدير القسم.
• - ضمان الاستفادة القصوى من القوى العاملة والمعدات في الموقع.
• -إبلاغ مدير المشروع عن أي انحراف فعلي أو متوقع في نطاق العمل التعاقدي واكتشاف الاختلافات.

المؤهلات والخبرة:-

• -بكالوريوس الهندسة المعمارية
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال مماثل
• - يجب أن يكون لديه موافقة وزارة الأشغال العامة الإلزامية.
• -قواعد وإجراءات السلامة.
• - معرفة التطبيقات العملية
• -مهارات القيادة/العلاقة مع العملاء
• -الإدارة والتنظيم
• - مهارات اتخاذ القرار/حل المشكلات/الكمبيوتر
• - مهارات التواصل الجيدة باللغة الإنجليزية
